From the living room, a double door leads out onto the spacious, secluded atrium terrace with an outdoor fireplace and beautiful Ticino granite flooring. From here you can also access the indoor pool or the garden.

The wooden kitchen, in keeping with the country house style of the house, is directly adjacent to the living and dining area and it would be possible to open it up to the living area if desired. From the entrance area, the side hallway leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom, and this is also where the staircase to the basement is located. To the side of the atrium terrace is the entrance to the wonderfully large indoor pool, which becomes an outdoor pool with garden in summer, when the sliding doors are open.

The two bedrooms each have large double doors leading to the atrium terrace and are bright and spacious. The flooring here is a light-colored parquet, which makes it very easy to create your own design and color scheme for the rooms.
