The traditional Arosa Kulm Hotel is to be extensively renovated and extended.
The main building will be renovated and eight new buildings will be constructed. The renovation preserves the historical substance of the hotel and integrates sustainable technologies. A total of 624 beds, 87 hotel rooms, 76 serviced apartments and 27 second homes will be created. The building application will be submitted in June 2024 and, if approved, the project will be implemented in one stage in order to minimize the disruption caused by the construction work for the people of Arosa and guests.
