An exciting project in a historic building where the attic was to be converted into a 600-m2 flat. The building is in the heart of Graz, Austria, and has a view of the Schlossberg (castle hill). The location, the 6-m-high ceilings combined with old chimney stacks, and the way daylight flows through the space mean the remodel will create a completely new flat.
The job will be done on site by a local architect, various specialists and other contractors.
Property One is charged with the task of accompanying the client through the overall process.
This includes the following consulting duties, in particular:

– leading the design effort
– developing a lighting concept
– creating a materials concept
– supervising execution
