During this time, Property One has expanded geographically and completed numerous real estate projects in Zurich, Zug and Ascona. Since it was founded, Property One has grown from a small, dedicated team into an interregional company with over 43 specialists. It has also been able to expand its range of services. In addition to its expertise in investment, development, execution and marketing, Property One is a pioneer in the Swiss market with its ONE Real Estate Debt Fund, set up over a year ago as the first Swiss fund for investments in mostly subordinated mortgages.
