Continuing education

We invest in development. Property One generally covers the cost of training and examinations and promotes professional development.

Fitness

We actively promote health. Employees receive CHF 400 a year towards fitness, sport, exercise and mental health.

Public transport

We support sustainable mobility. Property One contributes to the cost of public transport in the amount of a Half Fare Travelcard.

Annual leave

Downtime is part and parcel of performance. Employees can purchase up to two additional weeks of leave per year on a flexible basis.

Referrals

We believe in the power of recommendations. Successful referrals are rewarded with CHF 2,000 after completion of the probationary period.

Apprenticeships

Student traineeships

As a student trainee at Property One, you’ll work on real projects and take on responsibility day to day. You’ll deepen your specialist knowledge, acquire an entrepreneurial mindset and gain experience in an environment shaped by clear expectations.
