We are pleased to announce that Ramon J. Kälin (MRICS) has been appointed Partner of Property One. After more than two years as COO and Member of the Executive Board, this step recognises his key contributions to the further development of the organisation and his active role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
Since joining in September 2023, Ramon J. Kälin has initiated central projects that form the foundation for the upcoming strategy period. Under his leadership, the group-wide People & Culture strategy has been established, the IT and collaboration environment modernised, and business development initiatives successfully advanced.
