The house in its monolithic form, with the choice of materials and colors reduced to a minimum, is already a work of art. A clever layout allowed for two bedrooms with a bathroom and sauna on the first floor. A further bedroom with bathroom, discreetly hidden behind the open kitchen in the living and dining room, has its own terrace behind the house. Many wall recesses and custom-made furniture and cupboards provide ample storage space without visually reducing the rooms.
Terraces on different levels and sides of the house, as well as the pool, offer phenomenal lake views from different perspectives and with changing light and shade options. The seating areas are partially covered and thus offer the opportunity to enjoy the panorama even on cooler days.
