The large sliding doors to the garden can be opened and integrate the pool into the outdoor area in summer.Access to the house is easy via a quiet side street and a double garage is available. A few steps lead up from the garage to the house entrance.
The living area impresses with its open spaciousness, which is further enhanced by the terrace in front as an outdoor space. Various seating areas can be created outside and thus offer beautiful, partly covered retreats. Elegant double doors connect the living room with the very large and perfectly equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area. Bright and flooded with light, it is an excellent place to enjoy a long table with family or friends. The view of the lake is almost a minor matter here.
The master bedroom, with its own exit to the terrace, is also located on the upper living level. A modern daylight bathroom and guest WC complete the living area on the second floor, which can be reached via a large marble staircase from the entrance on the ground floor.

The large indoor pool with shower area and WC has been integrated between the bedroom and guest apartment. After swimming, you can perfectly relax in the garden in front of the lake view windows.
