As part of the proposed project development, the architectural patchwork that had resulted from various renovations will be dissolved, creating a coherent ensemble from the existing structures.
There are plans for 76 managed apartments and 27 second homes that will seamlessly integrate into the complex, offering the new owners the opportunity to benefit from the hotel’s amenities and services.
A selection of restaurants and concepts featuring healthy and sustainable gourmet cuisine will be available. The focus will be on sports, health, and sustainability. Those who are dedicated to enjoying fine food, sports, health, and a zest for life will feel at home in the new Arosa Kulm.
