This project with a total of 64 apartments underwent a complete renovation of all the units. The building was entirely vacated and then refurbished in stages over a period of nine months.
The task consisted of presenting the builder with a restoration project, including deposited costs, using different scenarios and building modules. After clarifying the extent of the renovation, the planning application was submitted, and the tender and design planning stage was initiated. The tender and award of the entire contract as well as deadline and quality management are all part of the service.
At the end of 2017, the apartments will be ready to rent in all their refurbished splendour.
