New is the transfer to a modern style of living, which the project realizes. Harmonic colors, consistent use of exclusiv materials, for wall and flooring, as well as a new light-concept are changing the classical style into a Clean-Chic touch and a modern design concept.
Spacious rooms, all with exit to the terrace, and the possibility to enjoy different views and perspectives. A classic floorplan, with large entrance area, dividing the living and the sleeping zone with both bathrooms. The existing version of separate living room and kitchen has been transfered to new design rules and was opened up, which increases the optical impression for the whole area. The arch to the entreè has been replaced by a high sliding glass door, which allows even more light to fall in. As new design elements the complete apartment got new wooden flooring in light colors, suspended ceilings and a perfect light concept with concealed lighting and spots. A floor-heating system enables to enlarge the windows to the floor. The complete project creates a contemporary, modern twist.
The master bedroom gains optical width with the full length windows and the view from the bed by awaking in the morning gets even nicer. The concealed lighting and spots are underlining the tasteful wooden wall panels and create a modern touch. For the bathroom, the material switch to white and black marble, the larger window and the contemporary furnitures and fixtures created a total new optic of the room, which is now very luxury.
