The planned object is a 3-floor, 8-room single-family house in massive construction and flat roof with a high standard of finish, which was designed by “kit architects”. The building is currently under construction. Property One is taking over the complete construction management for this project. This includes cost estimation, cost estimate, contracting, local construction management, construction accounting and controlling/reporting.
