Replacement construction of existing properties in a quiet, central location in Wollishofen

Firstly, the purchase of a commercial property with development potential in the middle of Zurich’s Wollishofen residential district was successfully completed. The previous commercial site offered the opportunity to be converted and returned to residential use and thus reintegrated into the residential area.

In the next step, the development project was expanded to include an additional property. Two independent landowners were won over to a mutually beneficial co-development, which was financed by means of a club deal.

The result is a new development spanning several plots with 19 condominium units, with views of the Uetliberg and in some cases Lake Zurich and a shared parking garage, as promotional properties for sale.

Until the start of construction, the approximately 1,120 m² of commercial space will be temporarily let to a wide variety of users.
