The house, in its monolithic form, with minimal choice of materials and colors, is already a work of art. The views, created by renowned architects Wespi/de Meuron/Romeo with their very distinctive, sometimes Moorish-inspired windows, also showcase the exterior artwork. Nature, with its Mediterranean look and delicate colors, forms the desired counterpoint to the house. A play of contrasts is repeated throughout the dwelling. With many fine design details, an optimal arrangement of space and perfect utilization of all surfaces was achieved. A masterpiece of architecture and language of forms. A clever layout allowed, on the ground floor, two bedrooms with bath and sauna. Another bedroom with bathroom, discreetly hidden behind the open kitchen in the living and dining area, has its own terrace at the back of the house. Many wall niches and custom-made furniture and closets provide ample storage space, without visually reducing the rooms.
Terraces on different levels and sides of the house, as well as the pool, offer phenomenal views of the lake from different perspectives, with ever-changing plays of light and shadow.
