An exciting project in a historic building, in which the attic is being converted into a 600m³ apartment. The building is located in the heart of Graz with a view of the Schlossberg. The location, the 6m high rooms combined with old chimney shafts and the guidance of daylight make the conversion a unique apartment.
The implementation will be carried out on site by a local architect, various specialist planners and contractors.
