The “Haus zur Katz” is situated in a prestigious location in the heart of Zurich. The majority of the upper floors of the property are used as offices and the first floor as retail space with a restaurant and galleries.
We represented both the client and the owner. The tenants constantly have new requirements such as expanding or reducing the rental space. A change of use or change of tenant generate new needs and are also an important component. We were able to fully cover the associated tasks: planning, official clarifications, building applications, execution and coordination of the conversion work
