In a central location in Affoltern am Albis, the Transaction Management team was able to acquire a plot of land with a residential and commercial building with great development potential for a real estate company.

The previously mixed-use commercial property with a residential addition offered the potential to be converted into a residential property and increase the income-generating areas by a factor of 3.5.

During the development phase, the residential and commercial space was rented out and managed by our asset management team.

Our Planning & Construction team took over the project after the development and approval process. It worked out the resulting requirements, optimized the project during the further processing of the various SIA phases and obtained the building permit. Clean internal tenders led to the successful awarding of the various contracts. The local construction management team ensured good coordination of the work and quality control.

The new building with twelve residential units was sold as an asset deal while still in the construction phase.
