A new residential high-rise with integrated commercial space in the base area is to be built in an attractive and central location in the city of Winterthur. The aim of the project is to create a broad and mixed range of housing for different target groups while actively promoting urban life at street level through the revitalizing use of the base area.
To ensure high urban planning and architectural quality, the project is being developed in a multi-stage planning process. The process is being carried out in close cooperation with the city of Winterthur and places great emphasis on a cooperative and transparent planning culture.
