A modern residential project is being developed for the Arosa Kulm Hotel on the quiet outskirts of Arosa, directly adjacent to the forest, to create contemporary staff accommodation. The staff apartments and studios are to be functionally designed and equipped with modern infrastructure.
In addition, there are plans to build individual vacation apartments that will be organizationally independent from the staff apartments.
The aim of the project is to combine the quiet location with practical use and alpine living comfort.
