In collaboration with owners Elios and Ermes Elsener and the renowned Ina Rinderknecht Interior Architecture AG, a design is being created that preserves the charm of the establishment while setting new standards in atmosphere and functionality. Property One has taken on the project development and is responsible for managing the entire endeavor.
