In the midst of the granite houses of the village, a white residence hovers, like a cloud above the lake. Large glass fronts offer an unobstructed view of the lake, stretching over a great length with an impressive backdrop.
The lake, mountains, palm trees, the village church, and the Brissago Islands compete for attention here.
Full sunlight and predominantly white furnishings make all areas shine brightly and warmly. Most of the rooms have been opened up to the roof structure, creating an even more spacious optical effect.
A clever layout welcomes you in the atrium with an integrated guest toilet before you enter the large living area with an open, well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are located in the rear part of the house. The terrace extends along the entire living front, and all rooms enjoy the spectacular lake view.
On the ground floor, the house has another bedroom, a storage room, and a separate guest studio with a bathroom and kitchen. This part of the house is separately accessed via an external staircase. A great seating area on this floor is an added covered grotto with a fireplace, granite seating, all framed by the wonderful lake view.
The “little cloud,” a second home that impresses with many details, captures the hearts of those who do not shy away from the sporty access via some stairs. Skyward adventurers are rewarded here with a great living experience.
At the access to the stairs going up, the house has a rented double garage.
