On the ground floor, the house has another bedroom, a storage room, and a separate guest studio with a bathroom and kitchen. This part of the house is separately accessed via an external staircase. A great seating area on this floor is an added covered grotto with a fireplace, granite seating, all framed by the wonderful lake view.
