The New Arosa Kulm Hotel
The traditional Arosa Kulm Hotel is undergoing extensive renovation and expansion.
The main building will be refurbished while eight new buildings will be constructed. The renovation preserves the hotel’s historic structure and integrates sustainable technologies. A total of 600 warm beds, 87 hotel rooms, 76 serviced suites, and 27 secondary residences will be created. The building permit has been granted. Over a period of nearly four years, the Kulm will be extensively remodeled and complemented by new constructions.
