The new Kulm Hotel is expected to reopen its doors in December 2028 and mark the beginning of a new era in Arosa as a five-star establishment. The hotel will operate for ten months a year. A total of 87 hotel rooms, 76 serviced suites, and 27 secondary residences are planned, seamlessly integrated into the complex and providing new owners the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s amenities and services.

Suites and Secondary Residences Available from 2025, Ready for Occupancy in 2028/2029
The sales launch for the serviced suites and secondary residences is set for mid-2025. The first units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2028.
