An existing maisonette apartment was converted. The apartment was occupied by an art lover who wanted art to take center stage. The new owner wanted to make the apartment more exclusive. An elegant parquet floor was laid from sanded underlay, the walls were covered with wallpaper and wooden panels and the room program was adapted.
