Symfonia dei Sensi | TI
A house for all senses-it feels wonderfully Mediterranean, it smells of olives, lemons and bougainville and the extensive view of the lake and mountains conveys a feeling of relaxation and tranquility. The deliberately used stylistic elements of southern construction are already recognizable from the outside by the typical tiled roof and the frequently used round arches. A large south-facing terrace with garden and whirlpool shifts life outside for many months. The covered lounge seating area is the most beautiful place to enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset over the lake, followed by dinner with friends at the large dining table on the sandstone terrace. The harmonious, tranquil environment of the villa emphasizes this relaxed feel of the villa and gives it a very positive aura.
In addition to a very good layout, the villa impresses with its high-quality materials and a discreet color scheme, which is designed in white and cream tones. This allows many design options and the varied use of art elements. A spacious entrance opens to the light-flooded living area, which offers a view of the lake from all windows. On cooler summer evenings, the lake spectacle can be watched comfortably in front of the fireplace. From the open, white kitchen, a side exit leads to the winter garden with outdoor grill station.Throughout the living area, the lake always remains the focal point and carries its bright colors and relaxing effect into all rooms.
In the entrance area of the house is cleverly separated a staircase to the upper floor and basement, barely visible. Access to the guest room with shower room is also from the entrance zone. The bright and spacious look throughout the first floor is accentuated by uniform use of cream marble flooring and enhanced by the lake view, already from the entrance area.
The upper floor is reserved for the three bedrooms, which also score with a front lake terrace and a side balcony with plenty of lake views and outdoor space. In the semi-circular master bedroom, a high, white wooden ceiling impresses, as does the cleverly integrated dressing area and the attached additional dressing room with fine wooden wardrobes. All floors upstairs, with the exception of the bathrooms, are warm parquet and blend perfectly with the overall design. The bathrooms are designed very “clean” with white putty plaster on walls and floor and are of very pleasant size.
The beautifully designed staircase, with high round roof and Murano chandelier also leads to the basement. There are placed all spacious ancillary rooms such as laundry, sauna and shower, TV room and wine cellar.
