The clear and reduced design language of the architecture and the high quality materials used, find a warm counterpoint in the radiant blue of the lake and the bright green of the lush planting on the two terraces. Decoration chosen with cheerful colors and the use of sliding wooden doors with matching paneling in the kitchen help to create a cozy atmosphere in the interior of the apartment as well. Uniform flooring throughout the apartment, and with one exception, also uniform wall and ceiling colors, visually enlarge the already spacious rooms and, due to a very well-chosen layout, allow for a wide range of design possibilities for the furniture. Through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, a lot of light falls into all living and sleeping rooms and gives a view of the lush terrace planting and the lake. In the rear part of the apartment is a sauna with bathroom and adjacent “Ferrari room” integrated, which can also be used as a guest wing.
