“To be different”, but still with reminiscence to place and typically used materials. This balancing act is managed by “The One” on many levels. The frame for terrain and building is delivered by rustic Ticinese granite, while the used stone for Villa, floorings and terrace with its clean and clear surface creates a stright line to underline the tonality of the Design concept and layout. The look outside and the look to the inside demand a clear structure for rooms, and the play of colors outside is answered by the inside through using high-end materialisation on very reduced coloring.
The outside form of a rectangle is eliminated on the inside by using square elements like the windows or the ceiling cut-out between groundfloor and first floor. This way the optic of a longitudinal axis was split perfectly. A large terrace allows to double the living space and releases the 360° view to a spectacular lake staging.
