We are delighted to announce that Danilo Godenzi has been appointed CFO and member of the management for the Finance, Controlling and Tax divisions of the Property One Group, effective September 2023.
As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Danilo Godenzi has over 11 years’ experience in finance, accounting, controlling and tax, plus an extensive track record of managing both national and international teams. After completing his Master’s in Accounting & Finance at the University of St. Gallen, he began his career in the audit department at Ernst & Young in Zurich. Danilo Godenzi has worked for an international American industrial group for the past six years, most recently as Regional Head of Finance, Europe, where he successfully rolled out significant process improvements.
In his role as CFO, Danilo Godenzi is responsible for developing and implementing our financial strategy, financial planning and business analysis, as well as risk management and controlling.
Using his extensive experience and analytical skills, Danilo Godenzi aims to safeguard the financial management of Property One, as well as to assist its executive team with defining and driving forward its growth and strategic direction.
