Die Netto-Jahresperformance der Anteilsklasse DI belief sich auf 6.08%.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus verzeichnete der OREDF ein starkes Wachstum: Das Fondsverm\u00f6gen erh\u00f6hte sich per 31. Dezember 2025 auf CHF 235 Mio. Ein weiterer bedeutender Meilenstein ist das im Jahr 2025 abgeschlossene Finanzierungsvolumen von insgesamt CHF 171 Mio. \u2013 der h\u00f6chste Wert seit Lancierung des Fonds. Diese Entwicklung verdeutlicht die wachsende Bedeutung des OREDF als alternativer Finanzierungsgeber f\u00fcr Projektentwickler und Immobilieninvestoren.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Beg\u00fcnstigt durch die anhaltende Zur\u00fcckhaltung der Banken \u2013 insbesondere bei Projektentwicklungen \u2013 bot das Marktumfeld auch 2025 zahlreiche attraktive Opportunit\u00e4ten. Der OREDF konnte mehrere Finanzierungen im ersten Rang \u2013 stets zu Zweitrangkonditionen \u2013 erfolgreich abschliessen. Solche Bridge-Finanzierungen sind besonders attraktiv, da sie hohe Margen, kurze Laufzeiten und die Sicherheit einer Belehnung im ersten Rang kombinieren.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ausblick 2026: Die Kreditpipeline ist mit Finanzierungsanfragen von \u00fcber CHF 51 Mio. gut gef\u00fcllt.
