Insgesamt wurden 7 neue Finanzierungen mit einem Gesamtvolumen von CHF 58.1 Mio. abgeschlossen. Zudem wurde ein bedeutender Meilenstein erreicht: Zum ersten Mal seit Lancierung \u00fcberschritt das Fondsvolumen die Marke von CHF 200 Mio. und liegt per 30. September bei CHF 219.8 Mio.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Entwicklung unterstreicht die zunehmende Relevanz und Attraktivit\u00e4t des OREDF sowie der gesamten Anlageklasse \u2013 sowohl f\u00fcr Investoren als auch f\u00fcr Projektentwickler.<\/p>\n<p>Die durchschnittliche Belehnung (LTV) des Gesamtportfolios bleibt mit 73.8 % auf moderatem Niveau.
