Gleichzeitig konnten im Zeichnungsfenster Neugelder in H\u00f6he von CHF 29.0 Mio. aufgenommen werden \u2013 ein neuer H\u00f6chstwert seit Lancierung des Fonds.<\/p>\n<p>Die hohe Nachfrage nach alternativen Finanzierungen und das wachsende Investoreninteresse unterstreichen die Relevanz von Private Real Estate Debt im aktuellen Marktumfeld. Per 30.
