Per 31. M\u00e4rz 2025 erh\u00f6hte sich das Fondsvolumen durch neue Zeichnungen in H\u00f6he von CHF 8.9 Mio. auf CHF 191.9 Mio. Die Aussch\u00fcttung f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 erfolgt im April.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund der seit Jahresbeginn geltenden Basel III-Richtlinien gestaltet sich die Aufnahme von Fremdkapital f\u00fcr Projektentwickler und Immobilieninvestoren zunehmend herausfordernd. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer wachsenden Nachfrage nach alternativen Finanzierungsl\u00f6sungen. Der OREDF konnte in diesem Umfeld seine Marktstellung weiter ausbauen.
