Aufgrund der zunehmend zur\u00fcckhaltenden Kreditvergabe durch klassische Hypothekaranbieter, verzeichnen wir im OREDF aktuell eine attraktive und robuste Pipeline an Kreditanfragen. Folglich konnten im zweiten Quartal s\u00e4mtliche Hypothekarr\u00fcckzahlungen in H\u00f6he von CHF 20 Mio. erfolgreich reinvestiert werden. Per 30.06.2024 ist der Fonds voll investiert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dank einer Pipeline von CHF 150 Mio. an attraktiven Kreditanfragen sowie den positiven Effekten der Leitzinssenkungen der Schweizerischen Nationalbank (SNB) blicken wir optimistisch in die Zukunft. Folglich werden wir im Rahmen der n\u00e4chsten Zeichnungsfenster frisches Kapital in den Fonds aufnehmen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im April erfolgte die j\u00e4hrliche Aussch\u00fcttung von 70% der Ertr\u00e4ge, was rund CHF 10 Mio. entspricht.
