Au 31 mars 2025, le volume du fonds s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 CHF 191,9 millions, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de nouvelles souscriptions pour un montant de CHF 8,9 millions. La distribution pour l\u2019exercice 2024 est pr\u00e9vue pour le mois d\u2019avril.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, la mise en \u0153uvre des directives B\u00e2le III complique l\u2019acc\u00e8s au capital emprunt\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9veloppeurs de projets et les investisseurs immobiliers. Cette situation se traduit par une demande croissante de solutions de financement alternatives. Dans ce contexte, le OREDF a pu consolider sa position sur le march\u00e9.
