Die Anlagen des Fonds erfolgen in erstrangige Immobilienkredite, die an professionelle Akteure am Schweizer Immobilienmarkt vergeben werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Mindestkreditvolumen betr\u00e4gt CHF 1 Mio. mit einer maximalen Laufzeit von 10 Jahren. Die maximale Belehnung auf den festgelegten Verkehrswert der Sicherheit(en) betr\u00e4gt dabei 70%. Es werden Kredite f\u00fcr Renditeobjekte, f\u00fcr Bauprojekte (inkl. Promotion) mit kommerzieller Nutzung und Wohnnutzung (kein selbstgenutztes Wohnen) gew\u00e4hrt. Bei kommerzieller Nutzung sind s\u00e4mtliche Arten eingeschlossen (B\u00fcro, Verkauf, Logistik, Produktion, Industrie, Hotel usw.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dank dem ONE Mortgage Fund kann Property One Investors AG k\u00fcnftig Erstrang- und Nachrang-Finanzierungskomponenten kombinieren und alles aus einer Hand anbieten.
