Geplant sind 14 erstklassige Eigentumswohnungen, die durch ihre naturnahe Lage mit fantastischer Seesicht und Waldanschluss \u00fcberzeugen. Property One freut sich, die alleinige Vermarktung dieses aussergew\u00f6hnlichen Wohnprojektes zu \u00fcbernehmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im Hasenb\u00fcel, welches von vielen Zugern gerne als Naherholungsgebiet f\u00fcr Spazierg\u00e4nge und Sportaktivit\u00e4ten\u00a0genutzt wird, entstehen zwei Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user mit 14 erstklassigen Eigentumswohnungen mit 3,5- bis 5,5-Zimmer-Wohnungen. Sie grenzen n\u00f6rdlich an das Friedbachtobel und sind s\u00fcdlich zum See ausgerichtet. Das Projekt wurde im Auftrag eines von Property One betreuten Immobilieninvestors erworben. Property One f\u00fchrte dabei die gesamten Transaktionen und die Due Diligence durch. Das Projekt wird durch die Steiner AG entwickelt und umgesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Konzipierung der zwei leicht versetzten Wohnh\u00e4user wurde eine Architekturstudie in Auftrag gegeben. Um die anspruchsvolle Aufgabe ad\u00e4quat umzusetzen, wurde das Z\u00fcrcher Architekturb\u00fcro Wild B\u00e4r Heule beauftragt. Sein Entwurf wurde im Rahmen eines qualit\u00e4tssichernden Verfahrens von einer Fachjury ausgew\u00e4hlt.\u00a0Dem Projektleiter der Steiner AG, Daniel F. Hauri, ist es wichtig, dass Immobilien, die sich in einen landschaftlich hoch attraktiven, aber auch sensiblen Ort einf\u00fcgen, h\u00f6chste Kriterien der Baukultur erf\u00fcllen \u2013 und sich ad\u00e4quat dem Siedlungs- und Landschaftsbild anpassen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Aus diesem Grund wurde ein besonderes Augenmerkt darauf gelegt, die Wohnh\u00e4user bestm\u00f6glich in die Natur einzubetten und fliessende \u00dcberg\u00e4nge zwischen Natur und Architektur zu schaffen. Umgesetzt wurde dieser Gedanke zum Beispiel mit den als h\u00e4ngende G\u00e4rten konzipierten Balkonen, Loggien und Terrassen, die dem Projekt schliesslich seinen Namen gaben.
