Der Fonds verzeichnete ein erfreuliches Wachstum und eine gute Resonanz auf dem Markt, sowohl bei den Investoren, als auch bei den Kreditnehmern.<\/p>\n<p>Der OREDF wurde mit einem Portfolio von 20 Krediten mit einem Volumen von CHF 80.9 Mio. lanciert. Im Laufe des Gesch\u00e4ftsjahres konnte das Portfolio auf <strong>38 Kredite<\/strong> mit einem <strong>Volumen von CHF 141.5 Mio.<\/strong> ausgebaut werden. Die Pipeline f\u00fcr weitere Kredite ist ansprechend gef\u00fcllt.
