Elle a \u00e9labor\u00e9 les conditions qui en d\u00e9coulent, optimis\u00e9 le projet pendant la suite du traitement des diff\u00e9rentes phases SIA et obtenu l&rsquo;autorisation de construire. Des appels d&rsquo;offres internes propres ont permis d&rsquo;attribuer avec succ\u00e8s les diff\u00e9rents travaux. La direction locale des travaux veille \u00e0 la bonne coordination des travaux et au contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau b\u00e2timent de douze unit\u00e9s d&rsquo;habitation a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu en tant qu&rsquo;asset-deal alors qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait encore en cours de construction.<\/p>\n<p>Services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification des possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;investissement et de d\u00e9veloppement<\/li>\n<li>Set-up de financement en tant que co-investissement<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition r\u00e9ussie<\/li>\n<li>Gestion de portefeuille et d&rsquo;actifs<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement, planification, direction des travaux<\/li>\n<li>Vente r\u00e9ussie du projet cl\u00e9 en main \u00e0 un investisseur institutionnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le permis de construire ex\u00e9cutoire a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9 et la construction a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 2021.
