Gleichzeitig ist Herr Kevin Hinder aus dem Verwaltungsrat der Hyrock AG ausgetreten. Die erfolgreiche zweij\u00e4hrige Startphase von Hyrock AG ist abgeschlossen und die beiden Unternehmen bleiben dar\u00fcber hinaus partnerschaftlich verbunden. Property One bedient ihre Kundinnen und Kunden weiterhin mit innovativen und kompetitiven Finanzierungsl\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><section class=\"simple-content main-section\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Property One wurde im Dezember 2020 von der Eidgen\u00f6ssischen Finanzmarktaufsicht (FINMA) als Verwalter von Kollektivverm\u00f6gen zugelassen. Eine erste Produktlancierung in Form eines Schweizer Anlagefonds f\u00fcr Immobilienfinanzierungen wurde anfangs Februar erfolgreich umgesetzt. Die formale Trennung der beiden Unternehmungen stellt die gegenseitige Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit sicher und beugt allf\u00e4lligen Interessenskonflikten vor.
