Going forward, Property One will be divided into two standalone business divisions: Property One Partners AG as a \u2018real estate service provider\u2019, and Property One Investors AG as an \u2018asset manager\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>As a broadly diversified real estate company with four offices and over 50 employees in 18 different roles, Property One is adapting its organisational structure. The company will now act as a \u201creal estate service provider\u201d and an \u201casset manager\u201d (FINMA-regulated administration of collective investments).
