The traditional restaurant Chez Fritz is currently undergoing a comprehensive modernization and is being reimagined with a concept that blends its history with contemporary ideas. In collaboration with the owners, Elios and Ermes Elsener, and the renowned firm Ina Rinderknecht Interior Architecture AG<\/a>, a thoughtful design is being created that preserves the charm of the venue while setting new standards in ambiance and functionality.<\/p>\n

Property One has taken on the project development and is responsible for managing the entire endeavor. From building permit applications and detailed planning to coordinating all construction phases, every aspect of the project is under our care.<\/p>\n

Ina Rinderknecht Interior Architecture AG<\/a> is responsible for the interior design, crafting a unique concept that reflects the vision of the owners.<\/p>\n

This project is a remarkable demonstration of how tradition, innovation, and professional collaboration can harmoniously come together.
