Property One is delighted to announce the planning approval for the Arosa Kulm Hotel project and the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning \u2013 from transaction support to the development and marketing of managed suites, apartments and second homes. As a marketing partner, we look forward to welcoming you from the second half of 2025 in our new showroom at Poststrasse 120 in Arosa.<\/p>\n

The new Arosa Kulm Hotel is expected to reopen its doors in December 2028 after extensive renovation works, heralding a new era in Arosa as a five-star establishment. The hotel will be showcased as a premier destination for sport, blending cherished traditions with innovative and forward-thinking offerings.<\/p>\n
