Following an internship at UBS in Davos, he began his career as a fixed income specialist at UBS in Zurich. In the years that followed, he held managerial positions at companies such as UBS in Luxembourg and Zurich, as well as Credit Suisse, where he worked in both the Fixed Income, Global Money Markets and Swiss Institutional Investor Support Divisions. He was also CEO of BlackRock\u2019s Swiss operations and worked at Swiss Prime Site AG, including as CEO of Swiss Prime Site Solutions. Prior to joining the Property One Group, Martin Gut was Country Head for the Swiss operations of the American fixed income asset manager, Muzinich.<\/p>\n<p>As CEO of Property One Investors AG, Martin Gut will lead its trustee-administered Investment in Real Estate Debt and Equity Division. The company is thereby focusing on real estate asset management and project development. Thanks to his comprehensive expertise and understanding of the financial market, he will play an important role in the development of the Asset Management Division.<\/p>\n<p>Property One is confident that Martin Gut\u2019s appointment will allow the Group to continue to strategically develop its growth.
