The new build project \u201cFloating Gardens\u201d, which is being developed in close cooperation with Steiner AG, was acquired by a property investor managed by Property One. The plan is to build 14 first-class apartments in an impressive location close to nature with a fantastic view of the lake and proximity to the forest. Property One is pleased to have obtained exclusive marketing rights for this exceptional residential project.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two apartment buildings comprising 14 first-class apartments with 3.5 to 5.5 rooms are being developed in Hasenb\u00fcel \u2013 a district of Zug that many locals enjoy using as a recreation area for walking and various sports activities. The site borders the Fridbach ravine to the north and faces the lake to the south. The project \u2013 acquired on behalf of a property investor managed by Property One, with Property One completing all the transactions and due diligence \u2013 is being developed and realised by Steiner AG.<\/p>\n

An architectural study was commissioned for the conception of the two slightly staggered residential buildings, with Zurich-based architects \u201cWild B\u00e4r Heule\u201d being appointed to ensure appropriate realisation of the demanding project. Their concept was selected by a panel of experts as part of a quality assurance process. Daniel F. Hauri, Project Lead at Steiner AG, believes that buildings in this sensitive location with such highly attractive natural surroundings need to meet the highest architectural standards as well as fit in appropriately with the urban and rural landscape.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why special attention was paid to ensuring that the residential buildings blend in with nature as much as possible, creating fluid boundaries between nature and architecture. This notion comes to the fore in aspects such as the balconies, loggias and terraces designed as hanging gardens, from which the project takes its name. Those living here will be closer to the sky, sun and lake. Floating Gardens therefore meets the latest housing requirements, which value proximity to nature as a central element in terms of quality of life.<\/p>\n
