Quartal 2024 konnte der ONE Real Estate Debt Fund (OREDF) an der starken Performance vom Vorquartal ankn\u00fcpfen und erneut eine hohe Rendite ausweisen. Die YTD-Nettorendite betr\u00e4gt per 30. September 2024 4.91% in der DI-Shareklasse (Vorjahr: 4.50%).<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl das 3. Quartal aufgrund der Sommerpause erfahrungsgem\u00e4ss jenes Quartal mit dem geringsten Wachstum an Neufinanzierungen ist, w\u00e4chst unsere Pipeline an qualitativ hochstehenden Kreditanfragen weiterhin signifikant und wir konnten unter Einhaltung unserer strikten Auswahlkriterien acht neue Hypotheken im Umfang von CHF 38.4 Mio. ausbezahlen.<\/p>\n<p>Des Weiteren f\u00fchrt die erneute Leitzinssenkung der Schweizerischen Nationalbank im September 2024 zu niedrigeren SARON-S\u00e4tzen. Da s\u00e4mtliche Hypotheken des OREDF auf dem SARON basieren, er\u00f6ffnet dies die M\u00f6glichkeit, bei Neuabschl\u00fcssen und Prolongationen optimierte Zinsmargen zu erzielen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir blicken optimistisch auf das letzte Quartal im 2024 und danken den Investoren des OREDF herzlich f\u00fcr ihre Unterst\u00fctzung und ihr Vertrauen in die Expertise von Property One.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/propertyone.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2024_Q3_Factsheet_ALL_DE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Factsheet OREDF per 30.
