Financing plays a key role in any property investment.

Property One is on hand to provide you with advice on financing your property or entire portfolio. The specialists at Property One can help you achieve the optimum capital structure for all investments, in particular for high loan-to-value ratios, development financing or bridge loans. Hyrock AG is also involved in the process to allow a comparison of providers of conventional first mortgages.

In addition, Property One arranges subordinated loans (second mortgages) as debt investments for investors. As part of this process, Property One assumes responsibility for the entire due diligence process, the negotiations, the processing of the transaction and, on request, the management activities.
