The years fly by – we can already look back on 10 years of success on the real estate market.

During this time, Property One has expanded geographically and completed numerous real estate projects in Zurich, Zug and Ascona. Starting this summer, we will also be opening a branch in Basel. Since our founding, we have grown from a small, dedicated team into an interregional company with over 43 specialists. We have also been able to expand our range of services. In addition to our expertise in investment, development, execution and marketing, we are also a pioneer in the Swiss market with our ONE Real Estate Debt Fund, which we set up over a year ago as the first Swiss fund for investments in mostly subordinated mortgages.

First and foremost, these 10 successful years have been the result of the trust that our clients have placed in us and the daily dedication of our employees. We look forward to many more years of success.
